The purpose of this document is to regulate the general conditions of use of the Website and safeguard the protection of users. Through the Website, TAXIXI provides users with information about its transport services, transfers, airport pickups, bookings, and other related activities.

Access to certain content or services may require the acceptance of specific conditions which, where applicable, replace, supplement, and/or modify these general conditions.

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the Website, its contents, and services, and to respect at all times the applicable legislation, good faith, morality, generally accepted good customs, and public order.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any matters that may arise regarding the interpretation, performance, or enforcement of this Legal Notice, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Puerto del Rosario (Las Palmas), unless consumer and user regulations establish a different mandatory forum.
