Legal basis: performance of a service contract in which the user is a party. Failure to provide the required data will prevent the service from being delivered.

3.3. Improving browsing experience (cookies)

Purpose: to analyze Website usage, measure traffic, and improve the user experience through cookies, provided the user has accepted them.

Retention: until the user withdraws consent and, at most, for 3 years.

Legal basis: the user’s consent given through the cookie banner. Users may configure or reject non-essential cookies at any time.

9. Processing of minors’ data
